Indoor Weather Heating, Air & Refrigeration Inc., hereinafter known as the Contractor, agrees to perform Preventive Maintenance service twice annually on the HVAC equipment.
Oil and lube all motors and pulley bearings as required by Manufacturer
Inspect operation of FAU
Inspect operation of AC system
Replace or wash reusable filters
Clean air-cooled condensers
Check thermostat operation
Check all thermal safety devices, FAU & AC
Check & clean condensate drains
Meet up twice a year and discounted to $90.00 for first unit and $50 per additional unit.
