Oil and lube all motors and pulley bearings as required by Manufacturer
Inspect operation of FAU
Inspect operation of AC system
Replace or wash reusable filters
Clean air-cooled condensers
Check thermostat operation
Check all thermal safety devices, FAU & AC
Check & clean condensate drains
It is mutually understood that the established inspection charges for the service does not include the cost of any filters, UV bulbs, humidifier, replacement parts, motors, bearings, belts, valves, compressor oil, compressors, controls, relays, or other electrical parts, additions of Freon gas etc. In the event of equipment breakdown, which requires an emergency service call, all IDW Residential Rate.
